Darby’s 9th Annual Dog Sled Races

007-Resized_DSC_8142-Darby-Dogsled-RacesThis winter’s event will take place on January 16th and 17th, a Saturday and Sunday.  The Bitterroot Cross-Country Ski Club, the Bitterroot Ridgerunners, and the Lost Trail Ski Area help with this event.

This is one of the premier dog sled races in the lower 48 states.  Participants come from all over the west, including some from Canada and Alaska, to run their dogs in this event.

Set aside one or both of those dates to come watch.  It is a terrific event for spectators of all ages.
